Building an invoice
Fill in the Business, Customer, Invoice Details, Items, and Notes tabs — the preview on the right updates as you type.
Fixing calculation issues
Check that quantity and price fields contain numbers only; tax and discount are entered as percentages, not amounts.
Uploading a logo or signature
Click the upload box in the Business or Notes tab and choose an image file from your device.
Exporting your invoice
Use "Download PDF" for a file you can email, or "Print Invoice" to send straight to your printer.
