Invoice Generator is designed so that your business and client information never leaves your device. This policy explains what that means in practice.

Information you enter

All data you type into the invoice builder — company details, client details, line items, and totals — is processed entirely within your browser using JavaScript. It is not transmitted to, or stored on, any Invoice Generator server or database.

Uploaded images

Logo and signature images you upload are read locally by your browser to display on the invoice preview and PDF. They are not uploaded anywhere.

Cookies and analytics

Invoice Generator does not use tracking cookies to store your invoice data. Basic, privacy-respecting analytics may be used to understand overall site usage, without identifying individual users or their invoice content.

Third-party services

Fonts and PDF-generation libraries are loaded from public content delivery networks to render the page and produce downloadable files. These services do not receive your invoice content.

Your control

Because nothing is stored remotely, clearing your browser tab or using "Clear Form" permanently removes your invoice data with no trace left on our systems.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Continued use of Invoice Generator after changes indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
